Owner, Shauna Broady, began her career in 2007 as an event planner at a catering company and two years later moved on to event and venue management at The Mountaineers, a local nonprofit. As a nonprofit event planner she produced a wide variety of events including Film Festivals, Outdoor Festivals, Fundraisers and Social Events. She also managed corporate sponsors, recruited and trained volunteers and staff, and achieved aggressive budget goals.
In 2012 Shauna's entrepreneurial spirit took over and she launched a small event production company while maintaining her full time job. For the next 3 years she planned and executed dozens of events under her own company including Risque’ at the Showbox Market which quickly became one of the largest Halloween parties in Seattle. At the same time she launched the BeWild Speaker and Film Series at The Mountaineers featuring some of the top speakers and films in the outdoors industry. In 2015 she made the exciting decision to take her career to the next level by committing to her own business full time, and Revel Chic Events was born. Shauna focuses on three main pillars in the event industry. Coordination, Consulting and Collaboration. Shauna’s energetic and passionate personality combined with her experience, skill set and resources make Revel Chic a destined competitor in the Seattle event industry.
